Yes — we have resident chefs based in Southern California, now booking events across Los Angeles, Orange County, the San Gabriel Valley, the Inland Empire, the Coachella Valley, and San Diego County, including Irvine, Anaheim, Pasadena, Newport Beach, Palm Springs, and San Diego. You’re booking a local chef, not a fly-in.
SoCal is made for this — our setup works on patios, terraces, decks, and in backyards, outdoors only. Evening events are ideal in the summer heat, and if rain threatens, a fully open covered patio works too; we’ll talk through the best setup for your space when you book.
Travel is $1 per mile from our Southern California base, one-way, per party — most LA and Orange County parties land between $3 and $47, Palm Springs runs $89–$114, and San Diego $69–$119 by the same $1/mile math, and the exact amount is set up front when you book. The travel fee is separate and does not count toward the $600 food minimum.
$60 per guest with a $600 food minimum per party, anywhere in the region. Children ages 5–12 are $30, and kids under 5 eat free. Filet mignon adds $5 and lobster adds $10 per guest. Travel is $1 per mile from our Southern California base (one-way), per party, quoted up front when you book — see our hibachi catering prices for worked examples for 10, 15, and 20 guests. No deposit — pay cash after the event, or pay online up to 24 hours before. Your chef arrives 10–20 minutes before your start time to set up.
Just tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests. We bring the chef, the grill, all ingredients, and complimentary sake — setup takes only minutes on your patio or backyard.
A typical party runs about 90 minutes. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round — including holidays.
Adults are $60 per guest with a $600 food minimum per party. Children ages 5–12 are $30, and kids under 5 eat free. Every food dollar counts toward the $600 minimum — appetizers, sides, and upgrades included. Filet mignon is +$5 and lobster +$10 per guest. A 20% gratuity for your chef is suggested, always at your discretion.
