Yes — Fontana’s newer subdivisions and ranch-style homes usually offer the flat patio or driveway space our grill needs, plus room for guests to pull chairs around the cooking station. We cook outdoors only, set up in minutes, and your group provides tables, chairs, plates, and utensils.

Yes — every Terra Hibachi party is a private chef experience, and small groups are welcome. Our chefs serve all of Southern California from a local base. If your group’s food total is under the $600 minimum, you can top it up with upgrades, extra proteins, or appetizers so nothing is wasted. No deposit — pay cash after the event, or pay online up to 24 hours before. Your chef arrives 10–20 minutes before your start time to set up; you just provide tables, chairs, plates, and utensils.

A typical party runs about 90 minutes. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round — including holidays.
