Plus travel: $1 per mile, one-way, measured from our Stockton base in Northern California, our Southern California base, or our Nashville base in Tennessee. No surprises later.

Every party includes complimentary sake for the table.

Recommended: pay cash on party day at the base price. If you pay online (Zelle, Venmo, or card), the 8.25% fee applies to food and travel — never to the gratuity — and online payment must be completed at least 24 hours before your event. No deposit, ever: pay cash after your party.

Cancelling or rescheduling is free with 48 or more hours’ notice — just call or text us. Inside 48 hours, a $200 fee applies. One exception: if severe weather makes outdoor cooking unsafe and your venue has no covered area, you can reschedule once free of charge.

Feeding 40+ guests? Try our Hibachi Buffet — cooked live on-site by your chef, served buffet-style so everyone eats together: $55 (40–59) · $50 (60–99) · $45 (100+) per guest, plus an 18% service charge for your chef team. The estimator below can price both styles.
