Questions
Yes — $50 per party from our Stockton base, anywhere in the Vallejo area including Benicia, American Canyon, Fairfield, and Napa. Travel fees are always separate from food costs and never count toward the $600 minimum.
Yes — Mare Island homes, lofts, and event spaces are all in our service area. Just make sure we have vehicle access for the grill load-in, and tell us about any HOA or venue rules when you book so setup goes smoothly. Island venues with loading-dock access make the load-in even faster — mention it when you book.
Just tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests. We bring the chef, the grill, all ingredients, and complimentary sake — setup takes only minutes on your patio or backyard.
A typical party runs about 90 minutes. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round — including holidays.
Adults are $60 per guest with a $600 food minimum per party. Children ages 5–12 are $30, and kids under 5 eat free. Filet mignon is +$5 and lobster +$10 per guest. A 20% gratuity for your chef is suggested, always at your discretion.
