Occasions
Fairfield families from Rancho Solano to Cordelia celebrate milestone birthdays at home — the guest of honor gets the chef’s full attention, from the onion volcano to the sake pour. Kids crowd the grill, adults get served hot, and nobody washes a dish. Fairfield hosts tell us guests stay late — the show keeps everyone at the table.
Fairfield baby showers and first birthdays get the full treatment — grandparents get served first, the little ones get the zucchini toss, and the new parents never lift a finger. A backyard hibachi celebration turns a family milestone into an album full of keepers. Fairfield’s growing families make the backyard show the new baby-shower standard.
Multigenerational Solano families gather around one grill — from Suisun City to Vacaville, everybody eats together while the chef keeps the show rolling. Holiday weekends and summer reunions are our busiest dates, so reserve early. Three generations around one grill, with the chef keeping everyone fed and entertained.
Homecomings, promotions, and PCS farewells — Travis AFB families celebrate the moments that matter with a backyard hibachi night. We handle the cooking and cleanup so military families can focus on each other, whether it is a welcome-home dinner or a farewell feast. Travis families tell us the hardest part of a PCS move is leaving — the hibachi farewell makes it sweeter.

Our grill setup fits a standard suburban patio or driveway — about the footprint of a large dining table plus chef workspace. Most Fairfield backyards handle it easily; if yours is tight, send us a photo when you book and we will confirm the layout before party day. Driveway setups work great too — the grill, the chef, and your guests fit with room to spare.
Just tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests. We bring the chef, the grill, all ingredients, and complimentary sake — setup takes only minutes on your patio or backyard.
A typical party runs about 90 minutes. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round — including holidays.
