Yes — beach rentals and military family gatherings are a great fit in Imperial Beach. We set up outdoors on patios and in yards near the beach, cook every guest’s proteins to order, and bring a lively show for homecomings, birthdays, and vacation groups. Confirm your rental allows a private chef, and we will handle dinner.

Yes — every Terra Hibachi party is a private chef experience, and small groups are welcome. Our chefs serve all of Southern California from a local base. If your group’s food total is under the $600 minimum, you can top it up with upgrades, extra proteins, or appetizers so nothing is wasted. No deposit — pay cash after the event, or pay online up to 24 hours before. Your chef arrives 10–20 minutes before your start time to set up; you just provide tables, chairs, plates, and utensils.

A typical party runs about 90 minutes. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round — including holidays.

Every food dollar counts toward the $600 minimum — appetizers, sides, and upgrades included. Filet mignon is +$5 and lobster +$10 per guest.
