Questions
Yes — most historic-district homes have patios, courtyards, or driveways that fit our setup perfectly. We need a flat outdoor area roughly the size of two parking spots for the grill and your tables. Tell us about your space when you book and we’ll confirm the layout.
Williamson County weekends — especially spring and fall — book out 3 to 4 weeks ahead. Holiday weekends go first. If your date is flexible, weeknights often have same-week availability.
Just tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests. We bring the chef, the grill, all ingredients, and complimentary sake — setup takes only minutes on your patio or backyard.
A typical party runs about 90 minutes. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round — including holidays.
Adults are $60 per guest with a $600 food minimum per party. Children ages 5–12 are $30, and kids under 5 eat free. Filet mignon is +$5 and lobster +$10 per guest. A 20% gratuity for your chef is suggested, always at your discretion.
