Questions
Yes — Brentwood’s spacious lots are ideal for our setup. We need a flat outdoor area roughly the size of two parking spots for the grill and your tables. For gated communities, just arrange gate access for our chef and we’ll handle the rest.
Williamson County weekends — especially spring and fall — book out 3 to 4 weeks ahead. Holiday weekends go first. If your date is flexible, weeknights often have same-week availability.
Just tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests. We bring the chef, the grill, all ingredients, and complimentary sake — setup takes only minutes on your patio or backyard.
A typical party runs about 90 minutes. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round — including holidays.
Adults are $60 per guest with a $600 food minimum per party. Children ages 5–12 are $30, and kids under 5 eat free. Every food dollar counts toward the $600 minimum — appetizers, sides, and upgrades included. Filet mignon is +$5 and lobster +$10 per guest. A 20% gratuity for your chef is suggested, always at your discretion.
