Truckee and North Lake Tahoe travel is quoted per event from our Stockton base — contact us with your date, location, and group size and we will give you a straight quote. Travel fees are always separate from food costs and never count toward the $600 minimum.
Yes — vacation rentals and cabins are our most common Truckee venue. We cook on the rental’s patio, deck, or driveway; just confirm outdoor space and vehicle access for our grill load-in when you book, and check the rental’s rules on outside vendors. In winter we just need a cleared setup area and safe vehicle access.
Yes — we cook year-round, including peak ski season. Our chefs work through mountain winters; apres-ski hibachi nights after a day at Northstar are some of our favorite parties. Book holiday weekends early — Christmas to New Year’s dates go first.
Just tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests. We bring the chef, the grill, all ingredients, and complimentary sake — setup takes only minutes on your patio or backyard.
A typical party runs about 90 minutes. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round — including holidays.
Adults are $60 per guest with a $600 food minimum per party. Children ages 5–12 are $30, and kids under 5 eat free. Filet mignon is +$5 and lobster +$10 per guest. A 20% gratuity for your chef is suggested, always at your discretion.
