Yes — large cabins around Sevierville and Pigeon Forge are great venues. Our chefs need a flat outdoor area for the grill and tables for your group; the travel fee is $1 per mile from Nashville (one-way), per party. Book early for fall foliage and holiday weekends.
Absolutely — tailgate hibachi is a Knoxville favorite. We set up the grill and cook the full teppanyaki menu at your tailgate spot or home watch party. Game-day Saturdays fill fast, so reserve as soon as the schedule drops.
Just tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests. We bring the chef, the grill, all ingredients, and complimentary sake — setup takes only minutes on your patio or backyard.
A typical party runs about 90 minutes. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round — including holidays.
Adults are $60 per guest with a $600 food minimum per party. Children ages 5–12 are $30, and kids under 5 eat free. Filet mignon is +$5 and lobster +$10 per guest. A 20% gratuity for your chef is suggested, always at your discretion.
