Yes — Johnson City is 265 miles from Nashville, about four hours each way, inside our 5-hour service circle. The travel fee is a flat $265 per party, quoted up front. For mountain and cabin parties, we just ask for a firm headcount and a flat outdoor cooking area.
Absolutely — large cabins around Erwin, Jonesborough, and the Watauga Valley are great venues. We need a flat outdoor area roughly the size of two parking spots for the grill and your tables. Mountain weekends book early for fall foliage season.
Just tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests. We bring the chef, the grill, all ingredients, and complimentary sake — setup takes only minutes on your patio or backyard.
A typical party runs about 90 minutes. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round — including holidays.
Adults are $60 per guest with a $600 food minimum per party. Children ages 5–12 are $30, and kids under 5 eat free. Filet mignon is +$5 and lobster +$10 per guest. A 20% gratuity for your chef is suggested, always at your discretion.
