Not at all — Jackson is 128 miles out, about two hours each way, well within our 5-hour service circle. The travel fee is a flat $128 per party, quoted up front. We cook Jackson regularly.
Yes — reunions of 30 to 60 are our sweet spot. One chef handles up to about 25 guests at the grill; for bigger crowds we bring a second chef so nobody waits long. Tell us your headcount when you book and we’ll plan the setup.
Just tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests. We bring the chef, the grill, all ingredients, and complimentary sake — setup takes only minutes on your patio or backyard.
A typical party runs about 90 minutes. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round — including holidays.
Adults are $60 per guest with a $600 food minimum per party. Children ages 5–12 are $30, and kids under 5 eat free. Filet mignon is +$5 and lobster +$10 per guest. A 20% gratuity for your chef is suggested, always at your discretion.
