Yes — Federal Way homes, townhomes, and rentals with a patio or backyard are perfect for our setup. We need a flat outdoor area roughly the size of two parking spots for the grill and your tables. We cook outdoors only, never in a garage or enclosed space.
It’s $1 per mile from our Seattle base (one-way), per party — $23 for Federal Way. The travel fee is quoted up front when you book and never counts toward the $600 food minimum.
$60 per guest with a $600 food minimum per party. Children ages 5–12 are $30, and kids under 5 eat free. Filet mignon adds $5 and lobster adds $10 per guest. Yes — every Terra Hibachi party is a private chef experience, and small groups are welcome. Our chefs are based in Seattle and serve all of Washington. If your group’s food total is under the $600 minimum, you can top it up with upgrades, extra proteins, or appetizers so nothing is wasted. No deposit — pay cash after the event, or pay online with an 8.25% online payment fee, completed at least 24 hours before. Your chef arrives 10–20 minutes before your start time to set up; you just provide tables, chairs, plates, and utensils.
Just tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests. We bring the chef, the grill, all ingredients, and complimentary sake — setup takes only minutes on your patio or backyard.
A typical party runs about 90 minutes. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round — including holidays.
Adults are $60 per guest with a $600 food minimum per party. Children ages 5–12 are $30, and kids under 5 eat free. Every food dollar counts toward the $600 minimum — appetizers, sides, and upgrades included. Filet mignon is +$5 and lobster +$10 per guest. A 20% gratuity for your chef is suggested, always at your discretion.
