Questions
Yes — $50 per party from our Stockton base, anywhere in the Fair Oaks area including Orangevale, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, and Rancho Cordova. The travel fee is separate and does not count toward the $600 food minimum.
Fair Oaks is our mailing home — our DBA is registered here — while our chefs cook from our Stockton operations base. Either way, Fair Oaks neighbors get hometown service from a team that knows the Village, the Park, and the river trails block by block.
Just tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests. We bring the chef, the grill, all ingredients, and complimentary sake — setup takes only minutes on your patio or backyard.
A typical party runs about 90 minutes. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round — including holidays.
Adults are $60 per guest with a $600 food minimum per party. Children ages 5–12 are $30, and kids under 5 eat free. Filet mignon is +$5 and lobster +$10 per guest. A 20% gratuity for your chef is suggested, always at your discretion.
