Yes — $100 per party from our Stockton base, anywhere in the Fresno/Clovis area including Fresno, Sanger, Reedley, and Kingsburg. The travel fee is separate and does not count toward the $600 food minimum.
Clovis and Fresno are our farthest regular service area south of Stockton, so the $100 per-party travel fee covers the longer drive for our chef and equipment. The fee is always separate from food costs and never counts toward the $600 minimum — and the full live tableside show is exactly the same as anywhere else.
Just tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests. We bring the chef, the grill, all ingredients, and complimentary sake — setup takes only minutes on your patio or backyard.
A typical party runs about 90 minutes. We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round — including holidays.
Adults are $60 per guest with a $600 food minimum per party. Children ages 5–12 are $30, and kids under 5 eat free. Filet mignon is +$5 and lobster +$10 per guest. A 20% gratuity for your chef is suggested, always at your discretion.
