A hibachi night gives your fundraiser something an auction alone cannot — a live show your donors remember, photograph, and talk about long after the paddle raise.

Donor evenings, galas, and benefit nights run on atmosphere. Our chefs cook in rounds with games and interaction throughout, so the room stays warm between program moments. For 40 or more guests we recommend the Buffet format, which includes an 18% service fee for the chef team, and invoicing stays simple — no deposit, pay after the event.
Your chef typically arrives 10–20 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up. The event runs about 90 minutes, outdoors in your backyard or at your venue. The chef cooks in rounds — fried rice, then vegetables, then meats, then seafood — with games and interaction all the way through.
Can you work around our program or auction?
Yes. Tell us your program timing and the chef paces the cooking around speeches, auctions, and awards so the show never talks over your program.
Can you handle a large gala guest list?
Yes. For 40 or more guests we recommend the Buffet format, and groups over 30 automatically get a second chef at no charge.
What do we need to provide?
Tables, chairs, plates, and utensils. We bring the chef, the grill, and the ingredients, and we pack up our grill and gear when we are done.
What if the weather is bad?
If severe weather makes outdoor cooking unsafe and there is no fully open cover, you get one free reschedule.
